In any breeding program the males may get the attention but serious breeders know and will tell you that the soul of a kennel is in the bitches that they use in their breeding program. A breeding programs true strength is defined by the quality and producing ability of its females. For this reason we often spend equal if not more time in choosing our brood bitches than our studs. |
